Can I order a custom build from you?
We do not currently offer custom builds. Right now we are focused on USA production instruments and USA one offs that are spec’d and built by owner and founder Madison Roseberry. These instruments will be located in our SHOP section when they become available.
Do you have a showroom where I can try one of your models?
Not at the moment. We understand how hard it is to order a custom build of a unique model without having the ability to test it and see if you like it first. We will be offering affordable import production guitars throughout the year so our suggestion would be to start off with one of those models when they are available. We are also working towards connecting with dealers to stock Mirella Guitars in their stores. If you have a local shop that you think would be interested in carrying our products, let them know! It makes it a lot easier for us to connect with these shops when there is already a demand from their customers.
What is your policy for refunds or returns?
All instruments have a 10-day return window from date of delivery. You may return your instrument for any reason no questions asked. Instruments must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs. Buyer will receive a full refund in their original payment method. If the instrument returns not in its original condition/missing original packaging or accessories, the condition will be assessed by our team and a restocking fee may be assessed.
Do your products have any sort of warranty?
We offer a 1-year non transferrable warranty which starts from the date of delivery. This warranty covers manufacturer defects only and does not cover:
Normal wear and tear from usage.
Fading, discoloration and/or damage to original finish.
Worn nuts, frets, tuners and/or saddles.
Damage caused by temperature, humidity and/or moisture.
Mods and/or alterations by any party outside of Mirella Guitars.
Services, setups and/or repairs by any party outside of Mirella Guitars.
Shipping damage of any kind.
Branded merchandise, cases, and/or accessories.
Damage caused by accident, negligence and/or misuse.
Instruments not purchased through Mirella Guitars or authorized dealer.

Do you offer any sort of discounts or endorsements?
We love working with musicians who are passionate about the guitars they play and the music they make with them. With that said, we do not offer any free instruments of any kind. While we do not have a formal artist endorsement program, reach out to us at info@mirellaguitars.com and have a conversation with us. We would love to work with artists who are looking to develop a relationship that is mutually beneficial.
